The CFJC TV BOOGIE THE BRIDGE
The CFJC TV Boogie the Bridge is celebrating its 26th annual event! Join us for a run, walk, or stroll along one of three courses. In 2023, we’re back to starting in Riverside Park. From the park we’ll hit the road, Boogie the (Overlanders) Bridge to Kamloops’ North Shore and then follow along the beautiful North Thompson River. Music and entertainment will be stationed along the routes. This event is for everyone as we strive to promote healthy living for participants of all fitness levels and help to create positive change through movement. We guarantee you high energy and FUN!
*Please note you will be taken to the PerfectMind registration system. This is a separate license from the City of Kamloops, if you have a PerfectMind account through the City of Kamloops those credentials will not work. You will need to sign up for a new account with the YKA Perfectmind license.
Where: Riverside Park, 100 Lorne St, Kamloops, BC V2C 1V9
When: Sunday, April 23, 2023:
- 7:00am until 8:00am (Registration)
- 7:30am & 8:00am (start time for 21.1K walkers & runners, respectively)
- 8:00am (warm up)
- 8:30am (approximate start time for Mini Boogie)
- 9:00am (approximate start time for 5K, 10K to follow)
Distances: 1K Mini Boogie (for kids 9 and under) / 5K / 10K / 21.1K Half Marathon
Race packs can be picked up at our Boogie Expo (located at the Kelson Hall, 330 St. Paul Street) on Friday, April 21 (2:00pm until 7:00pm) and Saturday, April 22 (10:00am until 2:00pm).
